Premier HR Consulting is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the goals and activities of the firm through management of general HR functions and administrative functions in the following areas: talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, employee relations, and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle administrative tasks related to the firm including, but not limited to scheduling meetings, conference/Zoom calls; coordinating meeting logistics; preparing meeting materials, etc.
  • Ensure a smooth flow of communication between internal and external contacts by screening and prioritizing emails, responding to telephone inquiries, and replying to or redirecting inquiries as appropriate, all while exercising diplomacy and good judgment.
  • Support recruiting duties: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, etc. all within the guidelines of firm policy and government regulations such as EEOC compliance.
  • Organize performance reviews for HR Consultant in preparation for calibration with client and its managers.
  • Support the open enrollment benefits process for client companies.
  • Coordinate training session logistics including contacting venue, preparing booklets, IT equipment and post-training activities.
  • Document discussions during employee meetings related to investigations and prepare summaries.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned based on the needs of firm.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a cursory interest and/or working knowledge in human resources.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
  • Applicant tracking experience as well as a good foundation in employment law.
  • Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality and diplomacy.
